My husband and I have recently dined at Oxford Place in Ortega on several occasions, and each visit has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrive, we're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, tasteful décor, and attentive staff who make us feel genuinely welcome. Adding to its charm, the restaurant is housed in an iconic building that was beautifully restored by a father-and-son team, Hugh and Jerry. Not only have they created a remarkable dining space, but they are also extremely personable and take the time to walk around and chat with diners. Over time, we've tried nearly everything on the menu, and every dish has been impressive. Whether it's a familiar favorite or something new, we're consistently delighted by both the quality and presentation. Equally noteworthy, the bartender crafts excellent cocktails, making the drink selection just as enjoyable as the food. In addition, there is an extensive wine list featuring house wines as well as options available by the glass or bottle. Throughout the evening, the service is consistently excellent. Our servers are always knowledgeable about the menu, check on us regularly, and ensure our drinks stay refilled. Even when the restaurant is busy, our food arrives promptly and perfectly prepared. Overall, Oxford Place delivers outstanding food, exceptional service, and a delightful dining atmosphere. For anyone seeking a memorable meal, I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely continue to be regular guests in the future. Rating: 5/5 stars

Absolutely declicious. Just the right crunch and airiness paired with a pimento cheese and amazing tomato relish. Hands down will get this everytime.

I had the pleasure of dinning at Oxford place. What a great restaurant. Its really well decorated and spacious. The place was packed for a Saturday night. We arrived a few minutes earlier than our 8pm reservation but were seated quickly. The food was delicious. The service was good . It took the waitress a few passes to bring my son his beverage. I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my clients and friends. Next time I want to be seated at the booth by the window.

The food was great and so was the atmosphere. Our server stated it was her first night but she was fantastic. It was like she was reading our minds on what we needed, never had to ask for anything once our order was placed. It was the little things that stood out.
Crab Cake review by Russell
I had Crab Cakes Benedict from the Brunch menu. They were absolutely delicious! Perfect Sauce Bearnaise, just the right amount of creamed spinach on a very large English muffin. The crab cakes were gently seasoned and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly - runny in the center. I will certainly order this again, although the other items on the Brunch menu are very tempting.
